by on the parade route.\u00a0 The musicians rocked it:\u00a0 Trey O&#8217;Toole (Happy Birthday Sir!), Jacob Scesney, Franklin Murphy, RJ Root and Andrew Hill!<\/p>\n<p>Here now the preparation, the
